Methods of delivery
We use different methods of transport to deliver your packages. For deliveries in France you may choose between delivery by Colissimo (delivery within 48h) or Chronopost (delivery within 24h). For deliveries abroad or in the F.W.I you may choose between Colissimo (delivery within 4-10 days) or Chronopost (delivery within 2-3 days), the actual time depends on the country. The packages are collected by the post office enabling their tracking through the unique number that is given to each package. You can follow the stages in delivery through the following web address: www.coliposte.net . Simply go to the individuals’ area (‘particulier’) and enter the number provided in your email confirming the departure of your parcel from our premises. All parcels collected by Chronopost also enable delivery tracking. You can follow the delivery stages online at www.chronopost.com in the tracking area (‘suivi’) by entering the number supplied in your email confirming the package’s departure from our premises.

All the items offered on our website are in stock, the packages are sent within 48h following your order. Following this, the orders received stipulating Colissimo are sent to the delivery address indicated within 48 h, within 24h for orders stipulating Chronopost for deliveries in mainland France (excluding Corsica). For all other destinations the delivery time is related to the country of delivery. Please contact us for further details relative to delivery in different countries: firstname.lastname@example.org
Delivery by registered parcel post (Colissimo): In the case of absence, a non-delivery note will be left in your post box. Your parcel will be available for the following 15 days at your nearest post office. Delivery by express post (Chronopost): In the case of absence a non-delivery note will be left in your post box. The messenger will try to deliver the parcel twice more during the following few working days. If on the third try the parcel can still not be delivered due to absence then the parcel will be returned to us. For further information please do not hesitate to contact us.
We request that you do not accept delivery of parcels that are damaged (broken, open or ruined); it is highly important that you refuse delivery. When leaving our premises the parcels are intact and it is essential that they are delivered in the same condition. If no deposit has been paid we are unfortunately not in a position where we are able to undertake responsibility for any possible disappearances or damages, nor to proceed with a repayment.
If you receive no news concerning your parcel within 6 working days from when it was sent we recommend you contact us by email at: email@example.com Emmanuelle.d will then undertake an investigation with the transport service responsible for the delivery, we will keep you promptly informed of the results and reimburse you as appropriate as soon as possible.
